Working Visa (Subclass 457)

The Working Nomination Visa allows you to work in legally in Australia. Assume one student has student visa for 2 years but he/she has sponsor to hire for working full time.

In order to apply for the Working Nomination Visa you must provide the following documents:

Mr. Rukthai AEMSOMBOON (Thailand)
Mr. Rukthai Aemsomboon completed grade 12 from Thailand. Then he followed his father to Australia. Before his visa was expired, he came to MTT , where he was advised by qualified agents how to stay and work in Australia. MTT advised him to apply for a working visa using his work expreience as a chef in Thailand and in Australia. He was granted working visa on 26th March 2003.
